Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Full-Time Opportunity to Make a Difference

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and full benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Lead therapy sessions that empower clients to make meaningful changes in their lives
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as needed, working closely with a multidisciplinary team
• Communicate with psychiatrists and physicians to ensure hospitalized clients receive coordinated care
• Assist families and caregivers in developing effective strategies for managing mental health challenges at home

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
• Must hold a valid LMHC license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
