Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Join Our Compassionate Team
At our practice, we believe that mental health care can help people unlock their potential and lead fuller, more balanced lives. We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team, where you’ll work with individuals, couples, and families in a supportive and collaborative environment.

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and full benefits

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate individual and group therapy that meets the unique needs of each client
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, to develop personalized care plans
• Follow up with psychiatrists and attending physicians for clients admitted to the hospital, ensuring their care continues smoothly
• Offer support and guidance to family members and caregivers as they face mental health challenges

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
• Must hold a valid LMHC license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
