Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor Needed
SCHEDULE:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic and innovative office, which thrives on a startup spirit. SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, focusing on mental health and wellness.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate positive change and support client growth.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive client care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active Washington state license as LMHC.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health counseling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and client-centered approach.
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
