Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC): Support and Guide Your Community
Are you a Licensed Mental Health Counselor looking to provide meaningful therapeutic support? In this full-time role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families, helping them address emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. Your contributions will not only support clients but also create a more resilient community.
Job Type: Full-time
SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
What You’ll Do:
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions, offering compassionate guidance to clients in their mental health journey.
- Regularly assess client progress and collaborate with the care team to refine treatment plans as needed.
- Work alongside healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain open communication with medical teams for clients in more intensive care settings, ensuring seamless support.
- Identify and help mitigate behaviors that impede recovery, empowering clients to make positive changes.
- Assist family members and caregivers in understanding mental health conditions and managing related challenges effectively.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
- Must hold a valid LMHC license in the state.
- Must have experience working with older adults
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
