Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually
• A benefits package designed to support you personally and professionally

What You’ll Do

• Offer one-on-one counseling to adults and children, meeting them where they are.
• Develop customized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and needs.
• Conduct assessments to ensure the right care is provided at every stage.
• Document therapy sessions clearly and promptly for accurate billing and progress tracking.

Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years of previous experience with mental health counseling
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Must hold current Washington state LMFT, LMHC, LICSW license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
• Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team.
