• Salary range: $90,000–$110,000/year

Your Role in Our Mission

• Provide empathetic, tailored counseling to adults and children.
• Create thoughtful, ongoing treatment plans to guide clients toward growth.
• Assess client situations to understand their unique challenges and needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of therapy sessions for continuity and billing.

! Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years of previous experience with mental health counseling
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Must hold current Washington state LMFT, LMHC, LICSW license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
• Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team.
