What We Offer

  • Salary range: $90,000–$110,000/year

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, focusing on their personal growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop meaningful, results-oriented treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments to ensure care aligns with clients’ evolving needs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation that reflects the progress and journey of each client.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 years of previous experience with mental health counseling
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Must hold current Washington state LMFT, LMHC, LICSW license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
  • Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team.
