Support Lives from Home: Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with full benefits to support your well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Offering therapy sessions via secure video, making it easier for clients to receive support wherever they are.
  • Building meaningful, personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.
  • Using evidence-based approaches to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
  • Empowering clients to face life's challenges, build resilience, and develop coping strategies that last.
  • Keeping detailed, confidential notes to track clients’ progress and ensure their success.
  • Continuously growing as a professional, learning new techniques to serve your clients even better.

Who You Are:

  • You have a master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a similar field.
  • You are licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
  • You bring 1-3 years of experience helping individuals of all ages manage mental health challenges.
  • You’re passionate about remote work and creating safe, supportive environments for clients to thrive.
  • You’re always eager to learn and grow in your field to better serve those in need.
