Full-Time LMHC Position in Tacoma , WA – Make a Difference

If you're a skilled and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), we want you to join our team in Washington State. This is a great opportunity to work with individuals and families in a meaningful way, supporting them in their mental health recovery.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead therapy sessions for individuals and groups, supporting clients in their healing journey
• Keep detailed records of client progress and collaborate with a diverse healthcare team
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other medical professionals
• Provide education and guidance to family members, enhancing their caregiving capabilities

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits package

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling
• Valid LMHC license in Washington State
• Experience with older adults is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
