Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Full-Time Role in Kirkland, WA

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in Washington State. You’ll have the opportunity to guide individuals, families, and groups on their mental health journey, fostering healing and emotional resilience.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Requirements:

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs
• Track progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and physicians for hospitalized clients
• Provide ongoing support to families and caregivers

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits package

Qualifications:

• Holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling
• Possesses a valid LMHC license in Washington State
• Has experience working with older adults (preferred)
• Brings strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
