Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Full-Time Opportunity in Lynnwood, WA

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide vital support to individuals, couples, and families in Washington State. If you’re eager to help people grow through therapy, this is the perfect role for you.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups, creating a safe space for healing
• Track and document client progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals
• Work with psychiatrists and physicians to ensure seamless care for hospitalized clients
• Support family members, providing them with the tools to care for their loved ones

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits package

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling
• Current LMHC license in Washington State
• Experience working with older adults is an asset
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
