Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy to clients, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and more.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring measurable goals and regular progress evaluations.

• Offer ongoing emotional support to clients, helping them cope with challenges such as trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and stress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote social connection, personal growth, and support among clients.

• Work toward expanding your clinical skills and certifications in areas such as trauma, addiction, or grief counseling.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Accredited Institution is required.
• California State LMCH credential is required.
• Compassionate, empathetic approach to client care with a focus on cultural competence and understanding diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to identify high-risk psychosocial factors in patients and families that impact health status.
