Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Worcester, Massachusetts (Remote)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our compassionate team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health and committed to using evidence-based treatment modalities to help individuals achieve their goals, and cope with the stressors of life. This is a flexible, part-time position with the option for hybrid or fully remote work, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy services to a diverse caseload of clients, using evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and engage in regular clinical supervision as needed.
  • Participate in company meetings and trainings to support professional development.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Accredited Institution is required.
  • Massachusetts State LMCH credential is required.
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation.
  • Strong background in clinical counseling techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and support.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
