Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Montpelier, Vermont

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, including a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments to create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using diverse approaches.
• Collaborate with clients to establish and achieve their mental health objectives.
• Keep detailed, secure client records while following ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field.
• Active LCMHC license in Vermont.
• Experience working with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
