Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Full-Time Opportunity in South Burlington, Vermont

Join a team committed to fostering mental well-being for individuals, families, and couples. Our organization focuses on delivering impactful therapy and ensuring positive client outcomes. We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to bring expertise and care to our practice.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with a full benefits package included.

Your Role:

  • Conduct thorough client evaluations to create tailored treatment goals.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and couples therapy sessions.
  • Partner with clients to support their mental health progress.
  • Uphold client confidentiality and comply with professional guidelines.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Counseling or a similar area.
  • Valid LCMHC license in Vermont.
  • Demonstrated experience serving diverse populations.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
