Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Full-Time Position in Middlebury, Vermont
Help us provide meaningful mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. We value mental health as a foundation for personal growth and well-being. We’re adding a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to our dedicated team.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.
Key Duties:
- Perform client assessments to build effective treatment strategies.
- Deliver therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
- Assist clients in achieving their mental health aspirations.
- Maintain precise, confidential client documentation.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related area.
- Active Vermont LCMHC license.
- Experience working with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
