Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide clinically & culturally competent mental health services including case management, individual and/or family psychotherapy, and parent counseling
- Conduct client intakes & initial screening assessments
- Coordinate with client & attending psychiatrist on treatment plans (develop/implement goals & plans), assess progress, and disposition
- Responsible for client treatment records that comply with agency policies and clinical standards
- Provide outreach & education on clients' mental health issues to families
- Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, in-service training, and other staff development activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (LMHC)
- Hold a Master’s Degree or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling is required
- Prior experience providing outpatient mental health services
- Advanced knowledge of and mastery of theories and modalities used in the specialized treatment of complex mental illness
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
