Full-Time LMHC Role Dorchester, Massachusetts

Join a thriving mental health counseling center dedicated to empowering individuals, couples, and families. We prioritize impactful therapeutic care and are excited to welcome a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to our team.

Position Type:
Full-time opportunity.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation Range:
$80,000 - $90,000 per year

Primary Duties:

  • Facilitate therapy sessions tailored to individual and group needs.
  • Track treatment goals and progress with clients.
  • Partner with other healthcare professionals to create intervention strategies.
  • Provide support to caregivers managing behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical staff for hospitalized clients.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or similar.
  • Licensed as an LMHC in the state.
  • Deep understanding of pharmacological impacts on mental health.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
  • Prior training or certifications as a Mental Health Counselor are advantageous.
