Overview:

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in Oregon. In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients struggling with a variety of mental health challenges. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver mental health care and be committed to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and groups using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or solution-focused therapy.
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and enhancing their emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

• Active LMHC license in the state of Oregon.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience (new graduates with supervised clinical hours may be considered).
• Proficiency in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused therapies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.
