Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Full-Time Opportunity

Location: McMinnville, Oregon

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $100,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Overview:

Our growing Mental Health Service Practice is looking for a Mental Health Counselor to work remotely, and conduct virtual therapy sessions to clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, offering support through secure telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via telehealth.
  • Provide individual, couples, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy).
  • Offer crisis intervention and emotional support through virtual sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Utilize secure telehealth platforms and technology to deliver high-quality remote services.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • Active LMHC license in Oregon (or eligibility for reciprocity).
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in trauma-informed care, CBT, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Strong technological proficiency and comfort with virtual therapy platforms.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills in a remote environment.
