Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual or group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms
  • Perform thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and support staff
  • Stay informed of best practices and ethical guidelines in teletherapy
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or higher in mental health counselling or a related field
  • Licensed LMHC in the state of Washington
  • 2+ years of experience providing therapy to children, teens, and/or young adults
  • Must have an active NPI
  • Must be available to start with a minimum of 5 hours per week
  • Must be comfortable utilizing technology and providing teletherapy
  • Existing credentialing with Medicare is a plus
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
