Location: Destin, Florida
We are currently hiring Full-Time Therapists to join our team! Providers MUST be licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in Florida. We provide mental healthcare services that are focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting.
Annual Income Potential - $80,000 - $90,000 range

Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution
Appropriate Florida License (LMHC) and ability to practice independently
Experience in mental health settings such as outpatient clinics
Location: Destin, Florida

- Conducts brief diagnostic screening of patients using evidence-based assessments and screening tools
- Generate documentation of assessment and intervention in the medical record in a timely manner
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling to residents and their families as well as coordinate appropriate family/resource visitation
- Consult with providers as part of the interdisciplinary team and generate recommendations, referrals, and case management as needed
- Conduct safety and risk assessments as needed
- Provide education, treatment, and referrals to family members as appropriate
