Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Location: San Luis, Arizona

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As an LPC, you’ll provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. You'll work collaboratively with a supportive team, utilizing evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans that foster healing and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, caseworkers, or medical providers as needed
  • Stay current on best practices and continuing education requirements

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
  • Active LPC license in the state of Arizona
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical and culturally competent care
