Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic services via in-person or telehealth sessions
  • Serve individuals, couples, and families with compassion and clinical excellence
  • Maintain proper documentation and uphold ethical guidelines
  • Collaborate with a supportive team and attend regular clinical meetings
  • Help shape a positive, client-centered culture

Requirements:

  • Active LMFT license in the state of Oregon
  • Strong foundation in relational and systemic therapy models
  • Experience or interest in working with diverse populations
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms
