About the Role:

We are a dedicated mental health provider committed to delivering evidence-based care to individuals and families across Georgia. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic services using evidence-based practices
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards
• Participate in case reviews, supervision, and staff meetings
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, community resources, and support systems
• Support crisis intervention as needed

Requirements:

• Licensed as an LMHC in the state of Georgia
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with diverse populations
