About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dedicated team of mental health professionals. The ideal candidate is passionate about client care, skilled in therapeutic techniques, and committed to fostering mental well-being in diverse populations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, or family counseling services
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare providers
- Participate in regular supervision and staff meetings
- Stay current with professional development and licensure requirements
Requirements:
- Active LMHC license in Washington State
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
