Location: Attleboro, Massachusetts

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide telehealth counseling to individuals (and optionally couples or groups) using secure HIPAA-compliant platforms
  • Complete intake assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver goal-oriented therapy
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, etc.) tailored to client needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and clinical notes in an electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Engage in peer consultation and receive clinical support when needed
  • Enjoy autonomy in your caseload while being part of a collaborative, remote-first team

What You Bring

  • Active LMHC license in Massachusetts (Required)
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Comfortable and experienced with telehealth or willing to learn quickly
  • Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills
  • A private, secure home office space and reliable internet connection
  • Passion for mental health advocacy and equity in access to care
