Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re looking for exceptional LMHCs to join our remote therapy team, providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across Washington. What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality, culturally responsive therapy to clients via telehealth
  • Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
  • Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate in peer consult groups and optional team trainings
  • Manage your schedule to best serve your clients—and yourself

Requirements

  • Active LMHC license in Washington (required)
  • Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
  • Strong clinical foundation in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based modalities
  • Tech-savvy or comfortable navigating digital platforms
  • Committed to providing affirming, inclusive, and ethical care
