Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will be providing therapeutic support to clients dealing with a range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Your work will be both rewarding and impactful, helping individuals navigate life transitions, cope with mental health issues, and build the tools they need for long-term healing.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Conduct individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions to help clients work through mental health challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their goals.
- Address urgent mental health needs and provide crisis intervention as necessary.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulations.
- Work closely with other mental health professionals, case managers, and administrative staff to ensure clients receive holistic care.
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest therapeutic techniques and clinical practices.
We’re looking for a dedicated LMHC who:
- License: Must be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of California.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting. Experience in outpatient therapy preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care.
- Empathetic: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop a therapeutic rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Technology Competent: Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Flexible: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
