Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Schenectady, New York

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead counseling sessions and monitor treatment goals
• Support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, family issues, and more
• Work in partnership with other mental health professionals
• Meet all clinical documentation requirements
• Join clinical supervision and skill-building meetings

Qualifications:

• Master’s-level education in counseling or related field
• Current New York license (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW)
• At least 2 years of hands-on counseling experience
• Commitment to clear communication and follow-through
• Experience in trauma, substance use, or family work is helpful
