Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family therapy using established clinical methods
• Create goal-driven treatment plans based on client needs
• Collaborate with case managers, physicians, and other providers
• Ensure all documentation meets standards and timelines
• Engage in team meetings and case reviews regularly

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related area
• Licensed in New York (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Minimum two years of post-graduate counseling experience
• Comfortable working with diverse client backgrounds
• Organized, thoughtful, and clinically sound in your approach
