Telehealth Mental Health Counselor – Forest Hills, NY

We’re hiring a licensed counselor who’s ready to provide meaningful therapy from home. This role is ideal for someone who wants to focus on real clinical work — helping individuals and families work through anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and more. Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits

Duties:

• Conduct virtual individual and family therapy sessions
• Create personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Complete all documentation in compliance with state standards
• Participate in team meetings and peer consultations

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• NY State LMHC license (or LCSW, LMFT)
• Minimum of 2 years post-master’s clinical counseling experience
• Strong skills in therapeutic engagement, assessment, and planning
• Reliable internet and private remote workspace
