Remote Licensed Counselor – Valley Stream, NY

We're looking for a licensed mental health counselor who’s ready to step into a remote role built for focus and impact. You’ll deliver one-on-one and family therapy to clients navigating a range of challenges — from stress and depression to long-term mental health needs. Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver teletherapy for clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other conditions
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on ongoing assessments
• Coordinate care with other providers to ensure a team-based approach
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Engage in regular clinical case reviews

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active LMHC license in NY (LMFT or LCSW also accepted)
• 2+ years of post-grad therapy experience
• Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
• Strong time management and client engagement skills
