Virtual LMHC Role in Cortland, NY

You’ll provide therapy to clients across the state, helping them work through real challenges with a focus on practical, lasting outcomes. Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits

Your Core Functions:

• Provide virtual therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Conduct intake assessments and create measurable goals
• Communicate with care teams and external providers
• Document all sessions and treatment updates accurately
• Join weekly meetings for collaboration and support

Requirements:

• Master’s in Counseling or closely related field
• NY State LMHC license
• 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals/families
• Proficient in client documentation and therapeutic planning
• Familiar with virtual care delivery and HIPAA compliance
