Virtual Therapist (LMHC) – White Plains, NY

You’ll deliver teletherapy services to individuals and families using best practices and a thoughtful, measured approach. Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Weekdays, 9 AM–5 PM EST
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year + comprehensive benefits

In This Role, You Will:

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with a wide variety of clients
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of care providers
• Design, implement, and revise treatment plans
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation
• Engage in virtual supervision and clinical collaboration

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
• New York licensure (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW)
• At least 2 years of therapy experience post-licensure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A private, secure home workspace with high-speed internet
