We're Hiring: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Washington State

Location: Issaquah, Washington

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental health concerns in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers for continuity of care
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision as required

Ideal Candidate:

• Active LMHC license in Washington State
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience with diverse populations and mental health issues
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual a plus (not required)
