Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Location: Mountlake Terrace, Washington

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Are you a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington seeking the flexibility of remote work without sacrificing meaningful client interaction and clinical impact? Join our growing virtual mental health team and provide high-quality care from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide virtual individual and/or group therapy via secure telehealth platforms
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation
  • Use evidence-based interventions to support a diverse client population
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors and peer counselors during team meetings

What You Bring:

  • Active LMHC license in the State of Washington
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Must reside in Washington State
  • Minimum 1 year of post-licensure counseling experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using technology and electronic health records (EHR)
  • Reliable high-speed internet and private, distraction-free workspace
