Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to fill a full-time therapist role with an outpatient behavioral health provider in White Plains, New York. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping individuals navigate emotional struggles and mental health conditions through evidence-based treatment.
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Key Duties
- Conduct therapy sessions and maintain a consistent caseload
- Create and update client treatment plans
- Participate in clinical collaboration
- Document all client interactions per clinical standards
Required Credentials
- Active NY license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Graduate-level degree in a behavioral health-related field
- Proficient with electronic health record systems
