Overview
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in Batavia, New York. This position involves providing therapy to individuals and families managing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
Required Background
- Active New York license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related discipline
- Proficiency with digital health tools and EHR systems
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver psychotherapy in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with care teams and external partners
- Update care plans and track clinical outcomes
- Maintain complete and timely documentation
