Mental Health Counselor
Overview
We’re hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for a full-time position with a respected outpatient practice in Tonawanda, New York. In this role, you’ll work with adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health concerns, providing therapy that aligns with clinical best practices in a structured setting.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Annual Pay: $115,000 – $120,000
Job Duties
- Provide therapy to a consistent caseload
- Complete assessments and formulate care plans
- Participate in team-based care planning
- Keep accurate clinical documentation
Required Credentials
- NY license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Master’s degree in behavioral health or similar field
- Comfortable using EHR systems and teletherapy tools
