What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care
• Document sessions and maintain clinical records in compliance with state regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care
• Stay current with clinical best practices and participate in team meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LMHC license in the state of Washington
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or telehealth preferred
• Commitment to culturally competent, client-focused care
