About the Role:
We’re hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join an outpatient behavioral health program focused on adults experiencing mental health conditions. The role includes direct clinical services, collaborative care, and documentation in a well-supported setting.
Position Information:
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
Key Duties:
- Deliver individual therapy to adult clients
- Create and implement treatment plans
- Work as part of a collaborative clinical team
- Complete documentation in line with clinical standards
Qualifications:
- NY licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Graduate degree in a behavioral health field
- Experience with EHRs and telehealth technologies
