Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Ideal Candidate:

• Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
• Conduct initial clinical assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards.
• Collaborate with other providers and community resources as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Active LMHC license in the state of Massachusetts (required).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with telehealth platforms (preferred but not required).
