Now Hiring: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Hawaii
Location: Wailuku, Hawaii
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Ideal Candidate:
- Provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Apply culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approaches to therapy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, psychiatrists, and community service providers
- Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and continuing education activities
- Engage with the community through outreach and mental health promotion efforts
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing regulations, and organizational policies
What You’ll Do:
- Active and unrestricted LMHC license in the State of Hawaii
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Counseling, or related field from an accredited program
- Experience providing counseling services to diverse populations, with cultural competence and humility
- Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment techniques
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
