Location: Waianae, Hawaii

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Ideal Candidate:

  • Provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Apply culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approaches to therapy
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, psychiatrists, and community service providers
  • Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and continuing education activities
  • Engage with the community through outreach and mental health promotion efforts
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing regulations, and organizational policies

What You’ll Do:

  • Active and unrestricted LMHC license in the State of Hawaii
  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Counseling, or related field from an accredited program
  • Experience providing counseling services to diverse populations, with cultural competence and humility
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment techniques
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
