Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
- Occasional evenings or weekends might be necessary to accommodate client appointments and practice demands.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health requirements.
- Developing and executing evidence-based treatment plans customized to individual client goals.
- Offering individual, couples, and group counseling to a diverse client base. Utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams for comprehensive client care.
- Maintaining confidential client records following legal and ethical guidelines.
- Engaging in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state
- Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
- Proven track record conducting individual and group therapy within mental health contexts.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques applicable to mental health treatment.
