Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000

Job description:

We are searching for Professional Counselor to join our team of professionals in our outpatient office. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
  • Conducts timely and thorough performance evaluation of supervisees.
  • Provides training and supervision in key treatment modalities and EBPs covering individual, family, couples and group therapy.
  • Specialize in areas of interest such as; adults, children, teens, geriatrics, couples, military veterans, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Professional Counseling (LPC).
  • Active Licensed in California as Professional Counselor.
  • At least 2 years of experience in this field.
  • Proficiency in psychotherapy guidelines and electronic documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and dedication to utilizing best practices in therapy.
  • Experience or interest in integrative wellness services.
