Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices and interventions.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Document progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant client information in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices, emerging research, and trends in the mental health field.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, or a related field
  • Must hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Must have 2 years of experience in this field
  • Experience practicing independently without supervision
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
  • Strong computer literacy skills
