Salary: $90,000 to $100,000

Responsibilities

• Assessments, individual therapy, family and group therapy, service treatment plans, closure, and after care plan for individuals served
• Utilize activity and participation-based interventions and approaches
• Build and maintain positive relationships with referral agencies, guide families in their interaction with agencies and other community organizations; provide referrals to services and resources
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings
• May provide training or field supervision of new or tenured peers, review/edit peer records and documentation, marketing and training/development materials
• Manage documentation for accuracy, timely completion, and submission

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPC in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Maintain a free and active LPC within the state.
• A Master's degree that has been earned
• 2 years of experience in this field
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and therapeutic norms.
