Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients.
  • Track client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to other specialists when needed.
  • Offer individual counseling sessions focused on women aged 35-55, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.
  • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling (LPC)
  • Active LPC license in the state
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in counseling
  • Strong understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
